LING NAM - Authentic Chinese Cuisine

Filipino dishes was influenced by Spanish and Chinese Cuisine. China is a neighbor country and somehow we are familiar with the Chinese foods. Who haven't taste a local Pancit or Siopao? Well, I think most of Chinese dish is always present in the table or even outside our home, Chinese influence are present.

I've been taste some Chinese Fastfood in the Metro and I'm so glad that I was given an opporunity to taste an Authentic Chinese Cuisine, which is Ling Nam.

Ling Nam started in 1950. Like other business, they started from a humble beginning and by years Ling Nam's revitalized brand, image and its  fast casual dining store look.

They offer delectable, quality and very competitive products such as Noodles soups, Congee, and Dimsum such as Siopao and Siomai and new Selected Rice Meals.

As our appetizer, Siopao was served. I was surprised on the chunky meat inside. Compared to other Siopao, its more on the bun and meatless. This is very tasteful.

Chinese Cuisine isn't complete without the very popular Noodles. Their Noodle Soup was served hot and fresh. It is amazing that LingNam made their own Noodles. Very flavorful soup and too many flavor to choose from. I prefer the Chicken Asado Noodles because the soup is very  yummy.

It's my first time to eat Hakaw. There's s shrimp inside that adds more flavor to this dimsum while the Pork Siomai is full of meat inside and a shrimp on top. I like the way it dip in a soy sauce with calamansi. Perfect!



Dragon Shrimp Balls (8 pcs) P320
I was so surprised of the presentation of Dragon Shrimp Balls. I really love shrimp and it is more interesting when it form in a ball size and wrapped in a wanton. So tasteful.



Lemon Chicken P270
I love the balance taste of the sweet sauce and lemon zest in this dish. The chicken is very tender.



Home-made Tofu with Three Kinds of Mushroom P210
This is my favorite dish because of its healthy ingredients. A combination of veggies and tofu. I love the taste of the tofu because it taste like an egg.
