The breeze is getting cooler, the mood is getting more festive, and for TutubanCenter, the crowds are getting thicker—Christmas time is definitely here!

For TutubanCenter, one of the country’s most popular shopping destinations, the holiday season is usually marked by a big increase in shoppers, along with an abundance of sales in stores. This year is no different, but to formally start this year’s Yuletide season, a special Christmas tree lighting ceremony was held on November 30 at 7:00PM at the TutubanCenter open area.

“The ‘ber’ months definitely bring bigger crowds to TutubanCenter, and it only gets bigger as December 25 comes near,” said Sylvia Tecson, VP for Leasing and Marketing of Tutuban Properties, Inc.  “We are all definitely feeling the holiday season, and what better way to make this season truly come alive than by lighting up a big Christmas tree right here in TutubanCenter.”

The lighting ceremony will be marked by a countdownfollowed by a fireworks display.The crowd will be treated to entertainment from special guest performers as well as a choral competition and parol-making contest. Winners of the Bonifacio Day Sale raffle will also be announced at the event.
