I got a chance to taste a Peruvian dishes 2 weeks ago and the experience is superb.  Our Filipinos dishes was influenced by Spanish cuisine and to taste a Peruvian dishes is extraordinary. Don Andres - a Peruvian Kitchen is located in the heart of Quezon City. It is in the vicinity of ABS-CBN and GMA that is why a lot of customer passed by. The restaurant was opened to public late last year. At first, I am curious how's the name came from. Surprisingly, the name of the the restaurant was originaly from Philippine Hero, Andres Bonifacio and take note, that they have not relation to any Peruvian nor Latino Chef, it only come up for an extensive research of a Peruvian dishes.
