The impact of good nutrition early in life can reach far into the future. The right nutrition in the first 1,000 days between a woman’s pregnancy and her child’s second birthday builds the foundation for the child’s ability to grow, learn and thrive. Cases of malnutrition in the country are increasing at an alarming rate. Undernutrition is not the only issue now, but pediatric overweight and obesity as well. Malnutrition may happen from pregnancy, infancy to toddlerhood. Parents and soon-to-be-parents must know that good nutrition in the early stages of life will ultimately cause a positive effect in a child’s future. Therefore, preparing healthy meals and snacks is the key to a healthy body. Pregnant mothers must only eat nutritious food as their babies rely on them for nourishment. To bear a healthy child, mothers must have a healthy diet, coupled with vitamins and the right amount of sleep. A baby’s development is entirely dependent on the mother before its birth. When a baby is born, it is important to feed him with the mother’s milk. Breastfeeding is advised from infancy to toddlerhood. Sun Life #Money4LifeChallenge

Most of us doesn't want to talk about money matters especially us, Filipinos. Our financial  literacy remains low. Who cares about Dow Jones index, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Stocks and among  others. Maybe some will answer, "I'm not in Finance or I'm not a Financial Analyst to be involve on  that words". That is reality, we should admit that we really don't care talking about money. But, we  wants and needs money, right? I worked as a Team Leader in a Marketing Research company. I'm an employee for almost 10 years  and I should say that my salary is enough just for myself alone. I'm still single at the age of 34. I'm  living with my mother who is a Pensioner (SSS) and my brother who stopped being a driver due to  his illness.  Every month, my family faced a lot of billing statement such as Monthly amortization (condo unit),  Monthly dues, Electric Bill, Water Bill, and Cable Bill. Thank God that we always settled these on

Swish Breath Spray

I'm a Field Market Researcher and I usually have a client meeting on the go. Part of my  job to meet and talk to someone who have higher position in a company. I remembered  one incident of mine when I watched this video.                    https://www.facebook.com/SwishOfficial/videos/1211279372236244/ The guy in the video acts as if he's going to propose to a girl but all of a sudden he holds  back and then, Swish helps him to boost his confidence. From my experience before, I  was nervous and at the same time surprised when I have a small presentation to the  Manager (Client). I was mentally blocked when I'm in front of a  drop-dead gorgeous  looking Manager and I realized that I ate sandwich before that client meeting. I'm in a  hurry and   forgot to brush my teeth in order not to be late. I excused for a while and go to the comfort room. Then I found out  that I forgot to bring my toothbrush and toothpaste.
