I love Pinoy comfort food and when it comes to rice meal, Tapsilog is my top of mind. For me, this is the perfect meal that can satisfied your cravings  because of the yummy tapa or choice of any viand + egg + fried rice.  And you can easily buy this tasteful food whether from morning, lunch or dinner.


Recently, I discovered a new place that offers delectable dishes and that is The TapsiShop. From their best seller Tapsilog, they also have Sisig, Crispy Pata and among others. They have lots of branches nationwide and they also opens for franchising. THE TAPSISHOP is a food establishment which serves Filipino all-time favorites like silogs (sinangag plus itlog) and grilled products. Its founder Paul Allan Cruz who was a former OFW has developed all the products since June 2015.


TapsiShop serves extraordinary meal with affordable price (starts at P120). The KingSilog is good for sharing and I tell you, the food is really good. Their signature tapa is so tender and flavorful . I really love their Sisig because it is crunchy and made from the meat of pork and not from a pig's face. The Lechon Kawali has an awesome taste and crunchiness as well. One thing that caught my attention in the menu is their Pusisig. If you're a seafood and meat lover, this is a perfect food for you. Imagine, a grilled pusit filled with crunchy Sisig stuffed inside...Wow!

More recently, The TapsiShop was
placed in the foodie world map when its Pusisig was featured by Unang Hirit of GMA 7 and Umagang Kay Ganda of ABS-CBN 2, no less. Pusisig is grilled pusit stuffed with TapsiShop’s krispy sisig. The much coveted 2018 Unilever 2 STAR Certified Sisig Master was also conferred to The TapsiShop because of its innovative sisig recipe, which is the Pusisig.
