Naimas Taste of Home

Naimas means delicious in Ilocano.
A few days ago,  I discovered a restaurant that offers Filipino cuisine that most of their food are from the North.  Naimas Taste of Home is a must visit restaurant in the Metro because of the variety of yummy Ilocano and Kapampangan dishes.

Naimas Bagnet (P250).  Crispy fat and tender meat then when you dip to the sauce makes you Wow!

Naimas Nachos (P260). This is a perfect appetizer good for sharing.  Crispy Nachos that is overloaded by delicious toppings like meat and veggies plus the generous cheese adds more flavor.

Chicharon Bulaklak (P240) This is my favorite because I love the crispiness of the Chicharon and the vinegar is very flavorful.

Sinampalukang Kambing (P320).  A balanced sourness of tamarind plus the tender goat meat is so perfect.

Gisaeng Balut (P250) Imagine the ordinary balut with a twist.  The sauce is flavorful.

Aligue Rice (P100) I love the richness flavor of Aligue.  Even no viand, you can survive.

Pinakbet (P230) For veggie lover this is truly for you.  The real taste of vegetables and its crispiness is so fresh.

Pinatisang Baka (P340).  So tender beef meat and the taste of fish sauce is balance.

Paksiw na Mata ng Tuna (P360).  For seafood lover this is a must try because the sourness and fishy taste is balanced.

Leche Flan (P120) I love the softness and creaminess of this mouthwatering dessert.
