Sensory-friendly Santa Meet & Greet for children with autism

Photo taken at SM Megamall during the sensory-friendly meet and greet for Children with Autism. Kids enjoy a heartwarming meet and greet with Santa, in a more calm and cozy environment.

Last December 21, 2019, about 100 children with autism had a chance to meet Santa in a more calm environment, without the busy crowd of the mall, in dimmer lights and lower sounds, as several SM Supermalls opened as early as 8:00AM for them.

Kids and their families had a great time to take a photo with a real Santa Claus. The legendary figure of Christmas shares a gift of joy by giving cute SM Bears of Joy and a Noche Buena package.

Here are the highlights of the meet and greet at SM Megamall.

The event is made possible in partnership between SM Cares and the Autism Society Philippines.
