Are you looking for an authentic Japanese cuisine in the Metro? Fumizen Japanese Restaurant just recently have their soft opening last December 6, 2019. It is a franchise business from Fumizen that started at Hotel New Otani in Japan more than 40 years ago. Located in 34 Sgt. Esguerra St., Brgy. South Triangle, Diliman, Quezon City. They only served the finest Japanese cuisine with quality ingredients that's why all their dishes are made for perfection.

•Cheese Menchi Katsu






The breading is so good.The prawn is my favorite because it is fresh and tasteful. The Cheese Menchi is moutwatering because of the goodnes of the melted cheese. All meat is tender and juicy. The sauce is perfect combination because of its unique taste. Pork, Beef, Mechi, Prawn Katsu served with unlimited soup, rice, cabbage and fruits.


They also offers truffle salt as condiment to enhance the taste of the katsu.

Assorted Maki with fresh taste of raw fish.


My verdict: Two thumbs up for the newest Japanese hangout  in the Metro. It will not only satisfy your katsu craving but the whole Japanese cuisine in general. They also serve wine and beer to match delectable Japanese dishes.



This coming January 2020, Fumizen wil be in a full blast. Visit them from Mondays to Sundays, 11AM to 11PM.

  Rex Education was recently recognized at the 21st Manuel L. Quezon Gawad Parangal and the 45th Catholic Mass Media Awards (CMMA). The Quezon Gawad Parangal is held annually in October as part of the local government’s celebration of the city’s founding. The 2023 awards ceremony recognized individuals and institutions who were exemplary in the fields of social work, environment and sanitation, law and justice, business and entrepreneurship, and science and technology.
