7 Flavors by Chef Boy Logro

Now a days, a lot of Buffet restaurants offered exciting promos and of course delectable dishes in the Metro. From breakfast to lunch, even merienda up to dinner, they serve. It was a great pleasure to taste the talk of the town buffet restaurant owned by a well-known chef and this is 7 Flavors by Chef Boy Logro who is visible cooking on TV and owner of restaurants. Chef Boy is also managing school. Yes, he share his God-giving talent to those who wants to learn and exert in the culinary field.

7 Flavors by Chef Boy Logro is an international cuisine located in the heart of San Juan City, specifically in 196 A. Mabini Street, Brgy. Batis, It is near Wilson Street where lots of restaurants and other establishments located and the nearest landmark is P.U.P. San Juan.

When you look outside the restaurant, it is very catchy because of the huge logo or name, relaxing design and probably the first that you can notice is the big parking space outside where a customer find first because in this very busy place, parking is a problem. They could accommodate at least 30 vehicles outside and I think it is very convenient for the customer because worry less.

They opened its doors last May 13, 2015, though the restaurant is almost 1 year they're planning for an expansion very soon and course they want it to expand nationwide. For those who wants ala carte type of meal, it served at the first floor while the second floor is the buffet area.

Their Buffet is Affordable and Unforgettable

The buffet is open every day for lunch 11 AM to 2:30 PM and for dinner 5:30PM to 10PM. From Monday to Thursday lunch time, the buffet is P399.99 while dinner time is P499.99. From Friday to Sunday and holidays, both lunch and dinner buffets are priced at P599.99. The difference between weekend buffets is the presence of an action station which features something different every week and it has already featured the likes of teppanyaki, tempura and liempo.
The appetizers section includes macaroni salad, potato croquettes, soup of the day and our best selling tacos. The main courses include a roast beef carving station and the chef’s station where you will find favourites such as Salmon Head in Coconut Milk, Beef Kare Kare, Vegetable Pastel and Yang Chow Fried Rice. There is a smart mix of seafood, vegetables, rice and meat to suit everyone’s tastes. The good news is that the choices differ every two weeks. The dessert section makes sure that you have a sweet ending to your meal as it offers favourites such as Big Scoop ice cream, Mango Tapioca, Maja Blanca and Kalamansi Tart.

Of course, there's a refreshments which is Nestea drinks house iced tea and lemonade are also included in the buffet which means it is an eat and drink all you can type of buffet. Most of the recipes of the food in the buffet are conceptualized by Chef Boy Logro himself. If that’s not enough, come to the first floor and try our best-selling ensaymada at only P50 each. It is a combination of ube, bacon and lots of cheese.

From the name itself, the restaurant got their name from 7 known flavors, which are: SWEET, SOUR, SALTY, BITTER, SPICY, UMAMI & ASTRINGENT.

The design and interior inside the restaurant is very cool yet simple so the customer will focus on the food and not on the appearance of the eye-catching design.
