Sangkap by Chef Raymar Reyes




There are only few restaurant in the metro that offers authentic and classic Filipino dishes. In the malls and other commercial areas you can usually see fast food chains and international restaurants. Good thing that I discover a Filipino restaurant that I am sure every Filipino should be proud of.

Sangkap by Chef Raymar Reyes is a newly restaurant in the country who only started last year. They offer sumptuous Filipino classic and some of it has a twist. From pork, chicken, seafoods, vegetables dishes they also have desserts.

Imagine, the Filipinos favorite dishes like Pinakbet, Bulalo, and Sinigang becomes extraordinary because they have a twist version that will surely enjoy by all foodies out there. 

Here's what I have tasted:

Bacolod Chicken Inasal

A grilled chicken with unique spices. The chicken is tender and perfect to deep in a soy sauce with calamansi.

Sizzling Bulalo

Ilocos Pinakbet

For the veggie lover, it's a must try because the vegetable ingredients here is fresh and you can taste the balanced crunchiness.


Sotanghon Guisado
 Very flavorful  noodles and the toppings adds more yumminess.





Molo Soup
 This Molo Soup originated from Iloilo, my Dad's hometown. The broth is not only perfect for a cold weather. 



Tri Color Spring Roll with Vanilla Ice Cream
I love dessert and this mouth watering dessert made my meal awesome.
