I seldom cook but I love to eat. At home, it was my mother who always prepared dishes because when I was young my family had a food business. Now a days, it is easy for every one to cook like via Youtube, you can watch and learn on how to cook or even search the ingredients and how to prepare simple or complicated dishes.


I love eating omelette whether it is served as breakfast, lunch or dinner.  I have tried to cook tuna omelette, cheesy omelette and my recent specialty...Unipak Mackerel Omelette. It is easy to prepare and I tell you it is so yummy because it is Unipak na talagang Pak na pak paniguradong magugustuhan ito ng buong family. Hindi ito basta nakasanayan the best na yan. Kaya basta Mackerel dapat tatak Unipak lang.

Ingredients

Chopped garlic

Chopped onions

Chopped tomatoes

Oil

Salt

Pepper

1 can Unipak Mackerel

1 Beaten Egg

Procedures

1. In a pan, sauté garlic, tomatoes and onions.

2. Drain the mackerel from the can then flaked. Mixed the flaked mackerel to the beaten egg, mixed thoroughly then add salt and pepper.

3.Then fried until it golden brown.
