 The MediCard Health Check Card is an offering from MediCard Philippines, a leading HMO provider in the country, to help Filipinos get regular health check-ups and preventive health care services at an affordable price point. “MediCard believes in the importance of a regular doctor’s visit to maintain good health. For a one-time payment of P500, MediCard Health Check cardholders are entitled to a one-year unlimited consultations with MediCard primary care physicians, including general practitioners, internists, family doctors, pediatricians, and ob-gynaecologists. Consultations with MediCard specialists, like ENT doctors, ophthalmologists and rehab medicine physicians, are available for a flat rate of only P350.

MediCard Health Check cardholders can also avail themselves of the annual physical examination (APE), which covers comprehensive physical exam, complete blood count (CBC), urinalysis, fecalysis, and chest X-ray. In addition, they can get a 20% discount on all laboratory and diagnostics procedures.

 All MediCard Health Check Card benefits may be availed from Mondays thru Fridays and by appointment at the MediCard free-standing clinic where the card was purchased. There is no age limitation and no pre-acceptance medical exam to avail of the card. Membership is good for one (1) year.
